BENEATH THE PRESSURE TO PERFORM
There’s a young person still finding out who they are. Self-awareness, confidence, and self-leadership, built together.
Book a discovery callWHY THIS MATTERS
Many young people today are bright, capable, and full of potential, but carrying enormous pressure without yet knowing who they are underneath it. That can look like anxiety, indecision, low confidence, or difficulty handling challenge. Fullmoon Remembrance Youth helps young people ages 15 to 25 build the self-awareness, confidence, and self-leadership to feel more grounded, independent, and clear about who they are
Every young person begins with the same foundation. From there, the right path depends on their stage of life, whether that’s navigating identity in high school, finding footing in college, or building direction after graduation. Every family is different, and there is no single starting point, only the one that fits.

THREE TIERS, ONE FOUNDATION
Every family is different. These three tiers are shaped around age and stage of life, not a fixed track.
Book Your discovery callHIGH SCHOOL (Ages 15–18)
For students still forming who they are underneath sports, grades, and everyone else’s expectations. Parents are closely involved at this stage, walking alongside their teen as this work unfolds. This is often the first real chance to build self-awareness before old patterns have a chance to set in.
This includes:
Building self-awareness beyond external achievement
Navigating pressure from parents, school, and social circles
Confidence-building tools for high-pressure environments
A parent orientation call, included
COLLEGE AGE (Ages 19–21)
For those navigating independence, new environments, and a sense of purpose away from home for the first time. This is often the point where old patterns stop working and a more grounded sense of self needs to take their place. It’s a chance to build identity on their own terms.
This includes:
Navigating independence and unfamiliar environments
Finding direction and purpose away from home
Building self-leadership during a major life transition
A parent orientation call, optional
YOUNG ADULT (Ages 22–25)
For those who are talented and educated but still unmoored, ready to build a life that actually fits who they are. This is self-leadership work, not a youth program. It’s the chance to build a life around who they’re becoming, not who they were expected to be, at their own pace.
This includes:
Building clarity after the structure of school ends
Aligning choices with personal values, not just achievement
Practical tools for entering adulthood on your own terms
Fully self-directed, built around your own goals and timeline

No. This program is educational and coaching-based, not therapy, and doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment. If your young person needs clinical support, referrals are always honored and encouraged.
Each session is grounded in NSRR (Nervous System Regenerative Remembrance), the same framework used across all Fullmoon Wellness Center coaching. Rather than sitting your young person down for advice, sessions help them notice their own patterns, stress responses, and strengths, so the insight feels earned, not lectured. It’s paced to meet them where they are, not pushed faster than they’re ready for.
Pricing is discussed during a complimentary discovery call, since it can vary by tier and format. There’s no pressure or obligation, just a conversation to see what fits.
This program is available now through individual and family enrollment. Schools, colleges, and counselors interested in bringing this program to their students or clients are welcome to reach out to start that conversation.
