Ayurvedic Rhythm & Lifestyle Guidance
Ayurveda offers a gentle, time-tested way to understand how daily rhythm, nourishment, rest, and sensory habits affect the nervous system. At Fullmoon Wellness Center, this work is grounded, practical, and non-extreme. The focus is not on rules or correction, but on restoring balance so your system can settle and sustain itself.
All Ayurvedic work is approached through the lens of Nervous System Regenerative Remembrance (NSRR), allowing changes to unfold at a pace your body can integrate.
If you want to fly, give up everything that weighs you down.

Ayurvedic Rhythm Session
One 90-minute sessions
A comprehensive first session exploring daily rhythm, digestion, sleep, energy, and stress patterns through an Ayurvedic and nervous-system–informed lens.
Before the session, you’ll receive a short intake form to complete at your own pace. This helps orient the work and allows us to use our time together more fully. During the session, we review your intake together and create a simple rhythm map highlighting what supports steadiness, what depletes you, and where gentle adjustments may help daily life feel more balanced.

3-Session Series
Three 60-minute sessions
A short series to gently bring your rhythm map into daily life. Sessions build on the foundation from your initial intake and focus on practical, sustainable shifts around nourishment, rest, sensory input, and daily routines.
We move slowly and adjust in real time, paying attention to what your nervous system can integrate. This series supports steadiness, consistency, and ease without forcing change or following rigid rules.

Ongoing Ayurveda Integration Sessions
As needed 60-minute sessions
Ongoing sessions for clients who want continued support as rhythms shift with seasons, stress, or life changes. These sessions offer space to reflect on what’s working, adjust practices, and stay connected to steadiness over time.
There is no fixed schedule. Sessions are offered when support feels helpful.
Couples
3-Session Series
Three 60-minute sessions
A shared space to explore how individual rhythms interact within a relationship. Before the first session, each partner completes a short intake to support clarity and care. During the initial session, we review these together and begin identifying rhythms that support steadiness for both nervous systems.
The series supports understanding differences in energy, rest, nourishment, and stress responses, helping couples create daily rhythms that feel more supportive and sustainable. The work emphasizes listening, pacing, and mutual respect rather than correction or compromise.
Students & Young Adults
3-Session Series
Three 60-minute sessions
A supportive introduction to rhythm, nourishment, rest, and energy during a formative stage of life. Before the first session, students complete a short, age-appropriate intake to help orient the work. We review this together during the initial session and move at a pace that feels steady and respectful.
Sessions support awareness of personal needs and rhythms without pressure or rigid expectations. The focus is on building steadiness, self-trust, and sustainable habits as life demands increase.

Seasonal Rhythm Reset
One 60-minute sessions
A grounding session to support transitions between seasons or life phases. This session offers space to adjust daily rhythm, nourishment, rest, and sensory practices as your needs shift over time. The focus is on restoring balance and steadiness rather than making major changes.

Hear from Our Happy Clients
“Working with Poonam through the Hogan assessments was a turning point for me. She translated data into deep human insight that made my patterns, triggers, and strengths unmistakably clear. Her delicate, compassionate approach made self-reflection safe and actionable, equipping me to reframe stress, break unhelpful habits, and finally process old wounds. The result has been truly life-changing: a quieter mind, better choices, and a new way of thinking that continues to improve my life every day.”

“Poonam worked with our whole family on Hogan assessments, and it was remarkable to watch how naturally she met each of us — the 19-year-old, and the parents — in a way that felt respectful, safe, and truly seen. Her sensitivity and intuition helped every person understand themselves better but also helped us understand each other. We came away with more clarity, less misunderstanding, and a much deeper sense of how our patterns interact as a family. It has been invaluable — individually and together.”

No. Remembrance Coaching and the supporting offerings are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. This work is educational, reflective, and nervous-system–centered. It focuses on awareness, regulation, and embodied self-understanding. That’s very common. Many people start with Remembrance Coaching as a way to slow down, be met, and listen inward before choosing anything else. You’re also welcome to schedule a complimentary discovery call to ask questions and sense what feels supportive. There’s no right order and no pressure to decide everything at once
Pricing reflects the type of work, session format, and the context you’re coming in with. Because each person, relationship, or organization has different needs, details are discussed during a complimentary discovery call. This conversation helps us explore how the work might fit you and talk through options with clarity and care, without pressure or obligation.
No. Many people begin this work without a clear issue or goal. You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need to have the right words. Often, people arrive simply sensing that something wants attention or that the current way of being isn’t quite sustainable. The work meets you where you are and unfolds from there.
Sessions are currently offered virtually via Zoom. This allows people to participate from the comfort of their own space, without the added stress of travel or scheduling logistics. You’ll receive simple instructions ahead of time, and sessions are held in a way that prioritizes privacy, ease, and presence.
