One 90-minute session

A 90-minute session that looks at your daily rhythm, digestion, sleep, stress patterns, and energy through an Ayurvedic and nervous-system lens. You receive a simple rhythm map that shows what keeps you steady, what drains you, and how to support your mind and body in daily life.

Ayurvedic Regulation Series (Phase 2)

Five 60-minute sessions

A five-session journey where we put your rhythm map into practice. We work with habits, nourishment, rest, and sensory routines that support your nervous system. This is gentle, grounded work that helps you feel clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
